It can be emotion, culture and connection,” said Robert Lavia, CEO of UMusic Hospitality & Lifestyle. “This recognition affirms that vision, and it belongs to every team member, artist and partner who has helped us bring it to life.”

Since opening, UMusic Hotel Madrid has become a cultural beacon in the heart of the city. It revived the historic Teatro Albéniz, launched the first UMusic Shop worldwide and hosted concerts, musicals, creative residencies and collaborations that bridge entertainment and travel. The property continues to earn acclaim for blending design, performance and guest experience into a seamless narrative.

General Manager Iñigo Sánchez-Crespo Ateca added,
“Our hotel lives at the intersection of music and hospitality. Every space is designed to move people, to make them feel part of something. This award recognizes that intention and it inspires us to keep evolving, innovating and creating experiences that resonate.”

As UMusic Hotels expands globally, with future destinations including London, New York and more, this award strengthens the brand’s commitment to shaping a new category at the crossroads of entertainment and hospitality.
