This internal reporting channel is designed to allow you to safely and confidentially report suspected misconduct or irregularities within our organization.

Please note: This is not a platform for commercial complaints or expressing dissatisfaction with workplace conditions.

 

What Can You Report?

You may use this channel to report serious concerns such as:

- Fraud, corruption, or financial crimes

- Illegal activities or violations of the law

- Unethical behavior or breaches of internal policies

- Risks to health, safety, or the environment

To submit a report, you must have reasonable grounds to believe that the information is accurate at the time of reporting.

This channel is not intended for grievances related solely to personal employment issues, workplace conflicts, or dissatisfaction with management or working conditions.

 

How to Submit a Report

When filing a report, please include the following information:

- The type of violation you are reporting

- Where and when the incident occurred

- Whether it is a recurring issue

- Any relevant documents or how they can be accessed

- Any actions already taken in response to the misconduct

Important: Review our privacy policy before submitting your report. Avoid including unnecessary personal data, as it may be removed to protect confidentiality.

 

External Reporting Options

You may also report concerns to the appropriate external authorities, including relevant national agencies or EU institutions.

 

Your Anonymity
